We are looking for someone with deep experience of advertising creativity and strategy, from a creative agency or from a non traditional content creator. You should have a good understanding on how to create ideas which resonate with modern consumers. We are looking for someone who has worked as a lead creative or creative director in the Polish, Eastern European and Russian market recently. And who has the ability to deal with local and international clients. We are open whether you have art or copy background as long as you have experience with working across traditional and mobile channels. Understanding of how to develop and articulate creative ideas, how to pull creative ideas through the marketing funnel. Most of all you should be happy getting your hands dirty making creative work with creative agencies and directly with clients. This role is to be one out of two creative experts for the Eastern European markets including Russia. You will be based in Warsaw - but work on projects across the region.

Required Skills:

  1. Develop, in partnership with your CS partner in market, your team and important internal partners, a set of ideas that will positively influence the way brands market on Facebook and Instagram

  2. Ship a range of creative work that demonstrates how this works in practise. From lighthouse advertising ideas in partnership with talented people within agencies, to systems that inspire and provide guidance to those we can’t work with hand-in-hand

  3. Be a thought leader and use the stages, the press and the suite of marketing platforms our internal marketing team has built to influence the industry

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years of experience as a copywriter/art director/creative director, either with a creative agency, content creator or brand.

  2. Empathy and enthusiasm for businesses – big and small – and brands of all kinds

  3. Good knowledge about digital and mobile first advertising and formats

  4. An interest in technology, data, testing and learning

  5. A hands-on approach to generating and articulating strategically grounded, insightful ideas through prototyping, testing, learning, optimising and scaling.

  6. Very strong craft skills that enable you to turn inspirational ideas into brilliant executions and a strong knowledge of emerging visual communications techniques and technologies.

  7. Strong presentation, ideation and moderation skills – you must be able to own a room regardless of who is in it

  8. Entrepreneurial and energetic - we’re still only 1% done at Facebook
