Facebook is seeking a Regional Sales Learning Operations Specialist to join the Global Sales Learning team. This individual will play an integral part in driving efficient and streamlined operations around regional sales training delivery. This full time position reports to the Sales Learning Leader in APAC and is based in Singapore.
Manage training delivery logistics & schedule coordination
Manage regional training vendor operations
Own and drive the operational element of regional training delivery
Manage sales training related web pages
Lead and develop innovative, scalable solutions that improve efficiency across the regional sales learning team
Support new sale training program implementation operations
Manage regional sales learning related data & measurement
Build effective partnerships with the global sales learning operations team and regional stake holders to support current and future needs.
Minimum 5 years' administrative and/or operations experience
Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
Previous training coordination/operations experience preferred
Organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and juggle priorities
Demonstrated track record of disciplined execution
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
Familiarity with LMS Administration
Mandarin or Japanese or Korean language skill is a plus
