Facebook Direct Response Regional Product Marketing Lead in Singapore

Facebook seeks an experienced Product Marketing professional that has a strong background in direct response/performance marketing. The successful candidate must have experience working with sales teams to drive product adoption in a fast paced Internet or online marketing company. You must be able to thrive with cross-functional teams and exhibit excellent customer service and product positioning skills. Must also have experience managing a team of high performers and influencing senior stakeholders in the organization. This is a full-time position and can be based in Singapore.

Required Skills:

  1. Drive product understanding and adoption to our largest performance advertisers on how to best use our platform to conduct direct response marketing at scale, in partnership with sales

  2. Lead Product Marketing Managers to roll out new advertising products and feature enhancements

  3. Synthesize and prioritize market feedback to product teams for new and existing advertising products

  4. Identify and drive individual clients needs into broader trends/analysis

  5. Identify scalable path to grow product adoption in region

  6. Act as advertising product resource for regional account teams

  7. Lead strategic in-market client meetings

  8. Drive in-market feedback on planned training programs, actively participate in sessions

  9. Work with Marketing Communications team to ensure product materials are customized for regional use and marketing channels are leveraged (events, speaking opportunities, etc)

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree or equivalent: Minimum of 10 years of experience with performance advertising across display, ad networks , and/or search, or with prior management consulting experience with outstanding expertise in optimizing complex performance campaigns

  2. Has demonstrated product marketing expertise in the web technology sector and the ability to contribute at strategic, operational and tactical levels. Track record of influencing behavior at variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional managers

  3. Strong customer service orientation and experience in a client facing capacity

  4. Identified passion for Facebook products

  5. Has demonstrated the ability to drive resolution in the context of competing perspectives

  6. Beyond excellent communication and presentation skills

  7. Is a flexible cross-functional team player comfortable with a fast-paced, often ambiguous, environment
