Facebook APAC Marketing Activation Manager - Publisher Solutions in Singapore

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join the Facebook team, and have a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Activation Manager, to support the APAC Publisher Solution’s team, in all areas of the B2B marketing mix. Working as part of the APAC Publisher Solution’s Marketing team, you will be tasked with writing local case studies, regional sales collateral (including presentations for cross-functional events), managing translations and writing PR material including byline articles. You will also manage the logistics of regional events and executing thought leaderships around these activities, to ensure they support overall sales goals, marketing plans and key messages. The successful candidates will work closely with the sales teams, collate regional stats for sales material and execute sales marketing initiatives. You will also need to work cross functionally with other teams to ensure Facebook is positioned as the strongest marketing platform in the world. This position is full-time, and is based in our Singapore office.

Required Skills:

  1. Understand Facebook’s Publisher Solutions business strategy and objectives, and how the marketing plan will support those goals

  2. Work with stakeholders to execute the APAC Publisher Solutions marketing plan

  3. Work with senior leaders to develop content for large industry events

  4. Build relationships with cross functional stakeholders, looking for areas to collaborate on marketing activities

  5. Work closely and collaboratively with the central marketing team based in the US Support our local PR efforts with regional content

  6. Manage and execute the event logistics for local market and homegrown activations, and contribute to the events with thought leadership ideas

  7. Evaluate and report on events success as part of overall business goals

  8. Manage local swag plan and PO’s relating to events

  9. Working with the APAC Publisher Solutions sales team to produce best-in-class case studies and regional content for sales decks

    1. Build and maintain a regional stat library for use in sales material and keynote presentations

    2. Write new content that tells the Facebook’s Publisher Solutions narrative across platforms, including blogs, videos and ads

    3. Regionalise content from the central marketing team for APAC

    4. Work with the digital team to execute our APAC digital plan

    5. Support Advertiser opt-in efforts in APAC where possible

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably but not essential in the Ad Tech, brand or media industry

  2. 5+ years of copywriting experience with the ability to craft a narrative and articulate key messages in a presentation

  3. Agency client management or strategy/planning experience

  4. Regional experience working with cross-cultural teams

  5. Direct experience programming and/or producing various-sized events from 10 to 2,000+ attendees

  6. Direct experience of working with a sales team and fostering a good working relationships

  7. Has to be a strategic thinker and willing to own tasks to completion

  8. Highly organised, with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision

  9. Bright, charismatic, inspirational with the ability to win credibility internally

  10. Ability to work across various levels of the organisation while building trust and fostering collaboration

  11. Experience managing budgets

  12. Ability to work well under pressure, with tight deadlines

  13. Ability to multitask and take the lead on several projects simultaneously

  14. Excellent eye for detail

  15. Fluency in English, both written and spoken essential. Additional languages such as Chinese, Korean or Japanese a plus.
