Facebook Reseller Solutions Manager, China in Hong Kong

The Reseller Solutions Manager for Facebook’s Greater China team is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts our channel partners at the core of everything we do. This is an outstanding opportunity to manage our partners to drive business growth for Facebook, serve as a consultative product expert, and lead media planning, strategy and measurement to our partners. This role is responsible for building capability of partners around Facebook products and solutions, enabling them to be our extended sales force in the local market to scale business for Facebook. Success in this position requires strong presentation, consultative sales and analytical skills, focus on solution, excel at working with internal cross-functional partners, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines. This position is based in our Hong Kong office.

Required Skills:

  1. Marketing Solutions Expert:

  2. In partnership with Client Partner (à Reseller Partner), identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving business goals for our channel partners (resellers and agencies)

  3. Serve as external product consultant educating clients and channel partners on product solutions and driving product adoption

  4. Use data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Facebook solutions

  5. Reseller Management:

  6. Manage the channel partners (e.g. resellers, media agencies, marketing partners, etc.) and drive their business growth together with the Reseller Partner Work and collaborate with diverse group of internal cross functional teams (XFN)

  7. Media & Measurement Strategy and Implementation:

  8. Guide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against KPIs

  9. Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery

  10. Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance

  11. Project Management and Operational excellence

  12. Oversee the project roll-out for enhancing overall reseller business efficiency

  13. Managing complex work streams with internal cross-functional partners and product teams

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years’ experience working directly with marketing, media, consulting, and/or companies with channel partner relationships, with demonstrated leadership experience

  2. Effective and creative problem solving and decision-making skills

  3. Experience working effectively with XFN teams and all levels of management

  4. Ability to manage complex work streams while maintaining strict attention to details

  5. Ability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively on a team

  6. Ability to confidently present to external clients

  7. High intellectual curiosity and hunger to learn in an ambiguous environment

  8. Fluent in Mandarin and English
