Facebook Agency Relationship Manager (Creative & Media) in Sydney, Australia

Summary:
Facebook is seeking a strong, experienced and market leading sales and marketing professional to help build Facebook’s key agency relationships. You’ll contribute to a high-caliber team in a business that is experiencing rapid and dramatic growth. We are looking for a sales & creative professional to work with multi-channel agencies with flexibility, management experience and outstanding decision-making skills, with an ability to use quantitative abilities to make effective, strategic decisions. This media & creative hybrid role will require a self-starter who has also demonstrated previous solid problem solving leadership with limited oversight. Ideal candidates will have experience in or with an agency environment as well as extensive experience selling cross-network online marketing solutions such as integrated sponsorships and display advertising. This position will be based in our Sydney office.

Required Skills:

  1. Engage and educate key Australian agencies to inspire and assist them to produce for their clients exceptional, effective creative work for Facebook’s platforms

  2. Specifically work with creative agency leaders in an effort to help them transform their businesses so they are set up to develop incredible work on our platforms

  3.   Identify key client brand opportunities across vertical categories and work with Facebook sales teams and creative agencies to develop strategy

  4.   Scale creative best practice across the wider agency community

  5. Provide senior thought leadership to the creative community around Facebook platforms

  6. Serve as an industry thought leader on creative for digital platforms and provide a creative lense for the industry in regards to ongoing product and technology developments

  7. Work collaboratively with the Global Creative Shop and other cross functional teams within Facebook to drive growth and opportunity with new and existing customers

  8. Always deliver the highest level of customer service and present Facebook solutions in a compelling, positive and professional way to ensure effective client engagement, monitoring of client satisfaction and resolution of client issues and concerns.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years of experience as a creative and/or commercial lead within leading creativity agencies

    1. Demonstrated experience instigating transformational change
