We are seeking a Client Solutions Manager (CSM) to join our Global Marketing Solutions team. Based in our Stockholm office, the CSM will be part of our Nordics team, which provides marketing solutions to a range of EMEA based multi-channel and online advertisers and media agencies.  The CSM is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts Facebook customers at the core of everything they do. They have a passion for advertising and believe the future of marketing is identity-based, data-driven and grounded in measurable business results. With proven understanding of both online and traditional media, the CSM is responsible for partnering with the sales team to develop industry-specific relationships, drive revenue by negotiating and optimising complex opportunities, and use data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our customers. Success in this position requires strong consultative sales and analytical skills, a focus on client service, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines. This role will be base in our Facebook Stockholm office, Sweden.

Required Skills:

  1. Media Planning, Strategy & Measurement, and Optimization - Outlines measurement solutions and appropriate campaign structures based upon key KPI’s

  2. Manages and consults on complex advertising solutions and integrations

  3. Manages revenue delivery and budget spend, including daily optimization and providing real time targeting recommendations

  4. Platform & Product Expert - Articulate and update clients on FB product and developments

  5. Responsible for educating agencies on best practices

  6. Drives product innovation based upon client needs

  7. Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creative, PMD, etc.)

  8. Project Management - Manage complex work streams to optimize marketing objectives for clients

  9. Manage Analytics and dashboards to advise clients (e.g. daily client facing data/insights reporting, understanding performance across hundreds of accounts used by client, setting up pipelines to pull conversion and impression data, etc.) Cross-functional collaboration of all projects

    1. Relationship Management: Oversee delivery and revenue recognition for the businesses/accounts you are assigned to

    2. Identify up-sell opportunities across your accounts and partner with the Agency Partners to drive incremental revenue

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's level degree preferred

  2. Demonstrated understanding of the advertising industry, and key clients within it preferred

  3. Experience aligning solutions and measurement to client business objectives

  4. Experience planning, delivering, and executing media, measurement, and creative strategy

  5. Experience presenting to external stakeholders at a variety of levels

  6. Strong project management abilities, with experience completing projects with minimal direction with high attention to detail

  7. Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external partners

  8. Experience leading and managing initiatives with support from team/manager

  9. Experience supporting the execution of account growth strategy and action plans as part of a team

  10. Demonstrated experience analyzing data sets and delivering actionable insights

  11. Advanced written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate solutions

  12. Demonstrated ability to influence internal and external stakeholders - anticipating challenges and objections, providing solutions and guidance with support

  13. Avid knowledge of competitive landscape

  14. Familiarity with Facebook and its ad products

  15. Fluency in Danish is required
