Summary:
Facebook is seeking a Recruiting Programs and Operations Lead to join our Facebook Seattle University Recruiting team. This individual will play an integral part in guiding a dynamic and highly skilled team of Recruiting Program Managers, Specialists, and Coordinators to ensure that best practices are in place to provide an innovative, first class candidate/intern experience and quality support to our global UR team.

Required Skills:

  1. Lead a team of coordinators, program specialists, and program managers to support a world class recruiting organization and internship program

  2. Partner with cross-functional recruiting teams and leaders to manage coordinator support for the Pacific Northwest Region

  3. Collaborate with global coordinator leads to develop and implement scalable solution to improve efficiency across the coordinator teams

  4. Manage team's headcount planning, hiring, training, alignment of workload, and budget planning

  5. Collaborate with internal client groups on the allocation and calibration process for interns

  6. Maintain data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis

  7. Be a subject matter expert on the local office and create a set of guidelines and sell tools to keep your office relevant and up to date out on campus

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of recruiting experience with growing technical organizations

  2. Demonstrated experience in developing and improving processes

    1. Ability to prioritize and manage workload

    2. Knowledge of Facebook products and business

    3. Experience with compiling, analyzing and capturing insights from data to support business decisions

    4. Strategic thinker with data analysis and analytical skills

    5. Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally

    6. Ability to be detail-oriented, with problem solving and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience managing university programs
