Summary:

Come join our team and help us build the next generation content platform that enables us to efficiently scale and localize our content. You will have the opportunity to support and directly impact the content lifecycle from creation and management through making it available to a worldwide audience. You will get to partner and collaborate with content creators from across the company, the internationalization team and a team of engineers to take our content platform to the next level. As a Program Manager for the Content Platform you will gather, research and prioritize requirements, plan and design features and work directly with the engineering team to improve and build the next generation platform. The ideal candidate is experienced with and passionate about content management and has significant experience in software development.

Required Skills:

  1. Improve the authoring experience and the integration of localization into the content workflow

  2. Collaborate with partner teams to research user and technical requirements for the content platform

  3. Find efficient workflows that will deliver a great user experience and leverage existing technologies without slowing down the engineering process

  4. Create technical specifications and partner with the engineering team

  5. Oversee and support the development and rollout of new features

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Communication skills

  2. B.S. in Computer Science, information architecture or equivalent experience

  3. Hands-on experience with relevant technical concepts and industry standards

  4. Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces – ability to create examples through wire frames and mock ups

  5. Ability to process and analyze data sets, and interpret them to make business decisions

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience (5+ years) as a software engineer or technical program manager

  2. Experience working with content management
