Facebook Field Facilities Operations Assistant Supervisor in Seattle, Washington

Facebook is seeking an experienced Facilities Supervisor to manage and work on operations, relocation, expansion and renovation projects for Satellite offices throughout the West Region. This full-time position is located in our Seattle office and will report to the Field Facilities Operations Supervisor.

Required Skills:

  1. Manage Facilities Operations for SEA offices primarily
  2. May work on other sites

  3. Work with Real Estate & Facilities, office leaders, and architects to define the scope of work for satellite office projects

  4. Coordinate office requirements with: space planning, furniture, IT, and Security

  5. Track project budgets, including supporting schedules for construction, change orders, payments, furniture, etc

  6. Interact with building property management companies and their vendors

  7. Develop and implement innovative programs, processes and procedures that reduce short and long term operating costs and increase productivity

  8. Coordinate suppliers, vendors, and service contractors as required

  9. Manage and oversee office moves, additions and changes

    1. Manage and oversee Day 2 projects

    2. Participate on project management calls and work as part of a project team on new builds

    3. Supervise staff as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years facilities-related project management and facilities operations management

  2. Organizational skills coupled with attention to detail and follow-up

  3. Experience in a multi-office environment across multiple time zones

  4. Customer service orientation

  5. Working knowledge of project budget processes

  6. Travel as required
