Facebook Digital Marketing Manager, Publisher Solutions in Seattle, Washington

Facebook’s Audience Network helps publishers monetize their mobile apps and mobile websites through access to over 4 million global Facebook advertisers. Audience Network uses powerful people-based marketing to make it easy for publishers to show their audience better, more relevant ads while driving the best results for advertisers. We’re looking for an experienced digital marketer for the Publisher Marketing team to drive awareness and adoption of the Audience Network through a multitude of owned and paid digital channels. This role requires the ability to partner with multiple cross-functional teams to support Facebook’s Audience Network publisher solutions and to think strategically while never shying away from the details. The ideal candidate has a strong background in the digital advertising industry and a passion for developing impactful and measureable digital campaigns that drive business results. This position is full-time and can be based out of Seattle, WA or Menlo Park, CA.

Required Skills:

  1. Manage and optimize multiple paid and organic online channels to drive day-to-day and long-term performance (Facebook, Display, SEM, Email etc.)

  2. Manage audience segmentation and plan, build and execute global regionalized cross-channel digital marketing campaigns

  3. Design and implement test and learn campaign plans (A/B and multivariate) to understand drivers of response and value

  4. Work with regional teams to land localized digital campaigns and other regional digital support initiatives

  5. Partner cross-functionally with both internal and external teams and stakeholders for a multitude of projects

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree in business, marketing, economics, or communications

  2. 5+ years of digital marketing experience with track record of increased responsibility

  3. Experience in digital marketing channels including Display, Facebook, SEM, Email

  4. Experience with end to end management (planning, building, optimizing, reporting) of cross-channel digital campaigns

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience using Excel and SQL

  2. Experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation platform
