Summary:

Facebook’s mission is to make the world more open and connected. The SMB team contributes directly to this mission by connecting every small business in the world with their customers on Facebook, and then helping them grow through solutions like pages, advertising, and offers. We succeed when we help our customers grow their business. This position will be challenged with having to balance the day-to-day service/support of our SMB customers, while also identifying innovative ways to solve problems upstream and scale our operations. Ideal candidates will have an appetite for scaled operations, a high comfort working directly with customers, and a strong analytical mindset. Success in this position requires a passion for scaled operations, strong analytical thinking, a focus on client service, and the ability to thrive in a highly dynamic, team-focused environment. This position is based in our São Paulo office.

Required Skills:

  1. Support by phone our advertising customers and deliver consultative support and education on our Facebook products

  2. Support our clients in managing their strategy and needs

  3. Perform data analysis and execute data-informed initiatives that will improve our customer experience and drive business growth

  4. Support and lead strategic programs to grow our business through reactive and proactive service initiatives

  5. Identify trends and develop solutions to optimize team workflows and scale our operations

  6. Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing and product teams within Facebook

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA or BS degree or equivalent experience

  2. Up to 4 years experience on media sales and support experience - agency, online advertising and marketing experience preferred

  3. Ability to think high-level about product strategy and vision

  4. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and comfortable in engaging communication on any level and be able to clearly articulate design decisions

  5. Passionate about ensuring world-class customer service and delighting clients

  6. Strong sense of team building

  7. A passion for and understanding social technologies and their role in marketing brands
