Facebook Manager, Client Solutions Management - Consumer Goods in São Paulo, Brazil

Facebook is looking for an experienced manager who can scale a high performing team of Client Solutions Managers. As a CSM Manager, you will guide a highly talented team of individuals who look after Facebook’s top advertisers from the consumer goods market in Brazil. In this fast-paced environment, you will work within an account team to develop and grow deeper partnerships with clients. This position is based in our Sao Paulo office.

Required Skills:

  1. Collaborate to drive the expansion of Facebook Brazil's Consumer Goods business

  2. Build the solution’s strategy for each vertical and support the team to cascade to all clients

  3. Manage day-to-day operations, goal setting, careers, and growth of all consumer goods CSMs

  4. Scale the team by capitalizing on opportunities for increased effectiveness and efficiency by driving key automation and productivity initiatives

  5. Oversee ads delivery and revenue recognition for all businesses

  6. Work directly with top tier brands and agencies as a Facebook advertising expert

  7. Educate clients on Facebook’s advertising processes, tools, products, and best practices

  8. Strategize, plan, and implement all elements of clients advertising campaigns with a focus on efficiency and scalability

  9. Consistently monitor advertising campaign performance and identify opportunities to optimize and improve return on investment

  10. Work with local, regional, and global cross functional teams to share, establish, and improve best practices and procedures

  11. Develop innovative and entirely new methods for planning, managing, and implementing Facebook advertising campaigns

  12. Develop research and insights that will help Facebook further develop and evolve our advertising platform and guidelines

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of management experience

  2. Experience on consumer goods industry

  3. Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to act independently

  4. Ability to thrive and lead a team in a constantly changing environment

  5. Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to details

  6. Ability to collaborate and work effectively on a team

  7. Ability to confidently present to external clients

  8. Good problem solving and analytical skills

  9. Experience inspiring action through data driven insights

  10. Experience managing online advertising campaigns is a plus

  11. Experience working with SQL is a plus

  12. Fluency in Portuguese and English are required
