As a member of the University Recruiting team, the University Recruiting R4R Recruiter (Recruiting for Recruiters) owns and drives the recruiting process from end-to-end. We work consultatively with our hiring managers to partner and develop strategies to find candidates for our University Recruiting teams. We’re also passionate about delivering a candidate experience that lends genuine insight into our culture and what it’s really like to work here. We’re seeking a dynamic Recruiter who brings a balance of creativity, focus and determination to our team.

Required Skills:

  1. Manage full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership and candidate advocacy

  2. Partner with Coordinators and Sourcers to manage an efficient model of operation

  3. Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns

  4. Find, engage and activate passive candidates

  5. Screen resumes and interview candidates

  6. Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making process with technical interviewers and hiring managers

  7. Regularly track pipeline, priorities and performance data to share with internal stakeholders

  8. Drive offer process, partnering with hiring managers, Compensation, HR and Orientation teams

  9. Recommend and drive improvements that impact local pipeline areas and the global Recruiting org

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 4+ years recruiting experience with an in-house recruiting team

  2. Experience partnering with hiring managers, interviewers and team members throughout the hiring process

  3. Ability to screen resumes to identify fit

  4. Ability to source and dive into searches

  5. Interviewing skills with ability to screen for both technical and cultural qualities

  6. Tech and industry knowledge with ability to understand relevant tech skills, target companies, conferences, open source communities

  7. Consultative qualities and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate across levels of the organization as well as externally
