As the recruiter focused on Product recruiting efforts, this role will partner with Product teams to evaluate talent, structure deal terms and seamlessly integrate new talent acquisitions. This recruiter will be a key member of our recruiting team in our New York City location.

Required Skills:

  1. Design and execute customized, full cycle staffing plans, partnering closely with hiring managers to achieve the best results possible

  2. Find and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques, coordinating with our sourcers as needed

  3. Facilitate and lead meetings and key initiatives and projects with client groups, and with the recruiting teams, that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results

  4. Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders

  5. Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Recruiting, HR, Compensation, and Diversity teams)

  6. Collaborate with others on the recruiting team on initiatives and/ or hiring needs that may spike in other areas


  1. 7 + years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally across multiple tech/product disciplines

  2. Experience independently partnering with senior leadership on hiring initiatives across timezones.

  3. Ability to effectively influence and drive toward results in a fast-paced environment

    1. Creativity in problem-solving, resourcefulness across all stages of the hiring cycle

    2. Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented, and have strong organizational skills

    3. Experience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 7 + years of full cycle recruiting experience

  2. Experience independently partnering with leadership on hiring across timezones

  3. Ability to influence and drive toward results in an environment

  4. Experience in problem-solving across all stages of the hiring cycle

  5. Experience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring partners across different offices

  2. Full cycle recruiting experience across multiple tech/product disciplines

  3. Ability to work in a team-based environment
