Summary:

The Global Solutions Partner ('GSP') function in Global Accounts owns the delivery, execution and optimization of the partnership – working with the Global team and local partners, to ensure that every partnership dollar invested on the platform is delivering business value. The GSP does this through partnering with the local teams, defining clear best practices, scaling this through capability building programs, enforcing adoption through reporting and setting the foundation for future learnings through aligning and activating on a clear learning plan. The GSP Manager leads a team of strategic and solutions-oriented GSPs who put our customers at the core of everything we do. The role is split with 50% of the Leads time working on a global partnership as a GSP and 50% dedicated to developing the team, ensuring all reports are meeting their potential (i.e. goal setting, actionable feedback), developing strategic action plans, working with cross-functional teams to build new tools and resources to help the teams move faster and more effectively, as well as unlock barriers to further growth. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead a team of platform, product, media planning, strategy and measurement experts for FB’s largest global, multi-channel advertisers. Success in the GSP Group Lead position requires strong consultative sales and analytical skills, deep product knowledge and curiosity, exceptional cross functional relationship skills, the ability to take long term strategic views and turn it into an actionable and delivered plan and proven experience at managing large team.

Required Skills:

  1. Coach, Support and Develop People – by developing and managing people’s growth and career trajectory and scaling the team by sharing opportunities for increased effectiveness and efficiency regional leads to identify the key barriers for success and working with cross functional teams to build out relevant resources

  2. Raise the Bar – working continuously with the team to ideate, build and scale new ways of thinking / approaches to raise the bar in terms of the value we are bringing to our partners

  3. Fuel culture – focus on building team culture, raising profile of the teams output and managing resources across the team.

  4. Be the Platform & Product Expert on the team – from communicating updates to developing strategy recommendations based on the understanding of the long-term value to our clients

  5. Define Best Practices based in Data – data mining and defining what drives partner’s success on the platform

  6. Develop and Drive GSP Tools and Resources Roadmap – working with the other

  7. Develop Best in Class Capability Building Programs – packaging these to empower local’s markets to presenting to large audiences.

  8. Manage Media Planning, Strategy & Measurement – by managing and consulting complex advertising solutions working closely with the team to recommend the correct solutions.

  9. Work with the partner cross-function resources to define the Global learning agenda and help to activate this with local markets.

  10. Lead Innovation Roadmap – working with the client and team to identify the right innovations and to ensure flawless execution

  11. Internal Team support – from helping to drive understanding of products, to helping to create resources to unlock barriers at a local level and help identify incremental revenue opportunities

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years previous experience working directly with marketing, media and/or consulting companies

  2. 4+ years of demonstrated leadership experience

  3. Experience working with cross-functional teams and all levels of management (internally and externally).

  4. Proven track record of delivering on quota.

  5. Ability to communicate, collaborate and work on a team

  6. Presenting skills

  7. Understanding of advertising success metrics

  8. Knowledge of competitive set

  9. Excel skills, experience with analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. 2+ years of people management experience.

  2. Experience in both Brand and DR related verticals
