Our culture is our most important asset, and as the keepers of that culture, we’re seeking folks who share our values of moving fast, openness and impact.  The LATAM Recruiting Programs Lead role wil be responsible for designing and managing world-class programs and creating opportunities to optimize productivity and lead innovation across recruiting. Having broad regional remit to establish Facebook as an outstanding employer, outline the strategy for regional recruiting events, develop and implement regional training programs for the recruiting team, and serve as the lead for our internal mobility and employee referral programs. This position is open to be located either at our Sao Paulo or Miami office.

Required Skills:

  1. Manage a team that will help drive and execute different programs, such as sourcing initiatives, employment branding strategy, internal transfers, employee referral programs, recruiting tools support and recruiting analytics

  2. Drive constant improvement through creative recruiting programs that transform tactical operations into innovative, strategic regional programs

  3. Create and iterate on the narratives and stories that define who we are and what it’s like to work at Facebook, and ensuring that those narratives and stories are consistent with our global messaging while also specifically engaging LATAM markets

  4.   Drive our competitive intel and market sourcing strategy

  5.   Drive region-wide communications and employment branding materials for employees involved in the recruiting process

  6.   Responsible for the Candidate Care strategy in the region, creating solutions that show care to our candidates

  7. Manage the event strategy, logistics and execution for regional recruiting events, including contracts, swag, hotel blocks, etc

  8.   Own the regional recruiting events budget and calendar, team and vendor communications and briefings, plus the post-event reporting and analysis

  9.  

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years of experience

  2. 2+ experience with Recruiting in LATAM market

  3. 2+ experience as people manager

  4. Creativity, adaptability, and perseverance

  5. Proven track record showcasing project management skills to execute on multiple projects with equal precision that involve both internal and external resources

  6. Analytical and data-driven approach to solving problems

  7. Comfortable working through ambiguity and uncertainty

  8. Ability to independently identify and act on priorities and leveraged opportunities

  9. Exceptional attention to detail and follow through

  10. Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, and comfortable in engaging communication on any level in Portuguese, Spanish and English

  11. Desirable experience and understanding of designing and executing employment brand campaigns in LATAM
