Facebook Growth Manager, Workplace LATAM in Miami, Florida

This role, which is part of the Facebook Platform Partnerships team, will focus on our Facebook at Work platform to provide clients and partners internal business collaboration tools to help them more effectively build and scale their own organizations and businesses.

We are seeking an experienced sales professional, with a track record of selling SaaS in the LATAM region. This is a hands-on, high execution role which requires excellent business and technical skills to sell into Fortune 500 companies, become a true partner to our largest clients and bring their feedback and priorities back to the team to improve our product.

Required Skills:

  1. Full cycle sales including prospecting, engaging stakeholders, working across customer functions (IT, legal, etc.), structuring and negotiating deals, and managing through product launch

  2. Navigate short and long-term sales cycles across multiple lines of business & departments within an organization

  3. Deliver awe-inspiring product demos, provide insightful technical answers and structure creative solutions

  4. Support key strategic partners, owning the business relationships to ensure success

  5. Deep product expertise, visionary and creative, to work closely with our product team on the product vision and roadmap

  6. Drive adoption of Facebook at Work by partnering with our product and customer success teams

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 12+ years professional experience in B2B software sales in LATAM

  2. Fluency in Spanish required, Portuguese is a plus

  3. Proven track record of building strong C-level relationships and closing multi-million dollar deals while exceeding sales targets

    1. Experience deploying SaaS platforms across mid-market organizations and driving long-term engagement

    2. Passion for enterprise software, great products, startups and the business of innovation

    3. Keen ability to translate complexity into simple and intuitive actions plans and communications

    4. Strategic thinker who is comfortable in a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous start-up environment.

    5. Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing product and respond strategically to customer needs

    6. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of management, both inside and outside Facebook

    7. Experience meeting multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision

    8. Strong analytical ability and communications skills

    9. Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time

    10. BA/BS degree or higher, MBA preferred
