You’ll contribute to a high-caliber team in a business that is experiencing rapid and dramatic growth. The ideal candidate will have an extensive cross category and cross media sales experience and a great track record of driving consistent and measurable growth with limited oversight. The role will be based in Mexico City
- • Play the lead role in developing the client acquisition strategy for Facebook Mexico • National responsibilities of bringing the acquisition strategy to life by driving rapid growth amongst in the identified clients/ categories • Build and nurture the business relationships with those clients and grow the business • Work cross-functionally with In-Market teams, Global Regions, Business Operations, Platform, Measurement/Metrics, and Product Marketing to optimize our vertical efforts • Consult with Product Marketing to help shape product development in support of specific vertical needs • Guide the creation of persuasive presentations and stories that demonstrate the value of Facebook to marketers in various verticals • Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales and services for Facebook • Work and interact with different levels of the organization internally and externally, from C-level to operational to follow up campaigns and different initiatives with clients
- • 7+ years’ experience of sales experience • Knowledge of marketing communication discipline and business drivers for various verticals, particularly for branding verticals. • Business and Strategic mindset in order to provide impactful recommendations to clients and who will see through implementation • Storytelling ability with strong communication and presentation skills, with an ability to translate insights, product offering and data into business benefits for the client • Ability to form relationships with top marketing decision makers at traditional companies and agencies • Consultative selling in order to understand the client necessities and add value beyond our products for their business to thrive • Manage pipeline, forecast, opportunities, track progress of selling (up-selling and cross-selling) • Ability to learn fast and adapt to understand products and solutions in order to offer the best options to our clients
- • Media sales experience and understanding of the client-agency eco-system • Experience working with both Brand and Direct Response verticals • Financial or consultancy background • Understanding of Digital Marketing
