The Client Partner for Facebook’s Online Sales & Operations team will have an outstanding opportunity to build partnerships, provide leadership and business insight, and deliver on strategic initiatives to our advertisers and agencies. With proven understanding of both online and traditional media, this role is responsible for partnering with the sales team to develop industry-specific marketing relationships and drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities. The Client Partner will establish and strengthen senior-level relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction. Success in this position requires strong consultative sales and analytical skills, a focus on client service, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines. This position will focus on major CPG clients in Mexico.

Required Skills:

  1. Partner with the Sales Associate to drive critical advertising initiatives through to delivery

  2. Drive strategic marketing conversations with marketers and agencies to define objectives and provide recommendations

  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope out business opportunities and to deliver results (i.e. facilitating plans & recommendations from such teams as product, marketing and customer solutions through to implementation)

  4. Set and maintain goals with clients and sellers for all Facebook advertising objectives (brand, audience and performance)

  5. Optimize campaigns to meet client objectives

  6. Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including the ability to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly

  7. Operate as the lead point of contact for any & all matters specific to your clients, including escalations

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA or BS degree or equivalent experience

  2. Experience working with off line media

    1. Experience managing CPG relationship and Branding oriented clients

    2. Fluency in written and conversational English and Spanish

    3. Online media experience and ability to manage strategic client relationships

    4. Ability to effectively manage time and influence decision-makers

    5. Exceptional communication and presentation skills (both written & verbal) at all levels of an organization

    6. High level of comfort presenting key client issues in an effort to be the customer advocate within Facebook

    7. Identify and leverage trends and new opportunities within industry of expertise/focus

    8. Strong analytical skills preferred

    9. Limited travel may be required
