Summary:

Facebook is seeking a Programs Manager to join our University Recruiting team in support of our growing and global Product, Infrastructure, Enterprise Engineering, and Security (IES) communities. The University Programs Manager will be responsible for creating and executing a number of programs aimed at attracting and retaining top University talent. 

Required Skills:

  1. Partner with the Product and IES managers to forecast intern hiring demand across multiple geographies and business units and create a scalable support plan to fulfill those needs.

  2. Drive the design and delivery of global learning & development programs specific to the intern experience including: intern manager training, intern orientation, and team specific on-boarding programs.

  3. Serve as a main point of contact for Product and IES recruiting site leads, intern managers and intern directors in partner locations.

  4. Manage performance review process for interns, develop process strategy and work with programs specialists and coordinators to execute.

  5. Coordinate and ensure delivery of customized Product and IES intern calibration sessions across locations and regions.

  6. Work cross-functionally with the intern directors, site leads and global program managers to ensure a positive intern experience.

  7. Partner with internal teams to develop, scale and refine tools to support the global program and assure appropriate data integrity. 

  8. Provide clear communication of progress, roadblocks, updates, and future plans to the Product and IES teams, client teams, management and localized site leads and directors

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of recruiting or program/project management experience

  2. Organizational skills and attention to detail.

  3. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high volume environment

  4. Communication skills.

  5. Ability to work across teams, and with employees of all levels within Facebook.

  6. Problem-solving skills, business acumen and the ability to handle situations.

  7. Ability to deliver on desired goals
