We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join building 8 as part of a brand new team. The B8 team will apply DARPA-style breakthrough development at the intersection of ambitious science and product development. It will operate on aggressive, fixed timelines, with extensive use of partnerships in universities, small and large businesses. As a member of our building 8 team, the Technical Recruiters will work closely with our hiring managers to develop strategies to hire candidates for our B8 organization. We’re seeking a dynamic Recruiter who brings a level of motivation, curiosity and scrappiness to our team.

Required Skills:

  1. Design and execute customized, full cycle staffing plans, partnering closely with hiring managers to achieve the best results possible

  2. Find and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques, coordinating with our sourcers as needed

  3. Facilitate and lead meetings and key initiatives and projects with client groups, and with the recruiting teams, that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results

  4. Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders

  5. Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Recruiting, HR, Compensation, and Diversity teams)

  6. Collaborate with others on the recruiting team on initiatives and/ or hiring needs that may spike in other areas

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 7 + years of full cycle recruiting experience

  2. Understanding of recruiting funnel metrics.

  3. Experience independently partnering with leadership on hiring

    1. Organizational skills

    2. Experience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring

    3. Ability to work in a team-based environment

    4. Experience using Microsoft Suite
