As a Technical Program Manager for Accessibility you are responsible for enabling the company to build experiences that are robust for people with disabilities. You will work closely with product teams, QA, operations, design/research and many other cross-functional partners to help us build an inclusive platform and company. This position is full-time and located in our Menlo Park office.
Drive and support a wide range of accessibility projects across engineering, operations, design and beyond.
Provide day-to-day coordination for technical and non-technical projects.
Lead process improvements across multiple orgs/teams and functions.
Align product and project decisions with higher company initiatives.
Motivate and focus collaborations to reach challenging goals.
Knowledge of accessibility design/engineering best practices.
2+ years leading large scale technical programs for accessibility or related domain.
Communication skills and experience working with highly technical teams.
Organizational and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done in a fast paced environment.
Interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration with diverse cross-functional teams.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
