Summary:

Facebook is seeking a partnerships professional to work with public figures and organizations. This role will identify, plan and execute strategic initiatives with underrepresented communities to make sure all voices are represented. The Partnerships team is the external arm of Facebook and works with the world’s largest and most exciting organizations on high profile projects. This position will be based at Facebook Headquarters in Menlo Park, California.

Required Skills:

  1. Manage strategy, implementation and optimization of Facebook’s strategic partnerships with public figures and organizations

  2. Collaborate with partners to develop and execute innovative and high impact partnerships with Facebook

  3. Be an internal advocate within Facebook for partners, including with product teams

  4. Work with relevant internal teams to ensure that Facebook is taking partner input into account in relevant product and policy decisions

  5. Track, analyze and communicate quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partners

  6. Use data to identify new opportunities and to measure the impact of existing programs

  7. Work on major internal events to ensure all voices are represented

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree

  2. 5+ years relevant partner management or program management experience

  3. Project management experience, with the ability to lead and handle cross-functional projects on deadline

  4. Communication and presentation skills, and the ability to serve as a spokesperson for Facebook

  5. Ability to think strategically about issues, leading to recommendations and action plans

  6. Ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally
