Summary:
Recruiting is a core strategic driver of Facebook’s success. We have a world-class team working together to help drive our ambitions and scale to the next level. In this effort, we are seeking an experienced Sourcer to proactively identify and assess talent for our Community Operations org. This Sourcer will be an integral part of our overall Partnerships and Operations recruiting team, supporting several teams within the org and be aligned to recruiters within Community Operations teams. This position is based in Menlo Park, CA and reports into our Community Operations Recruiting Manager.

Required Skills:

  1. Work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating a pipeline of elite candidates

  2. Identify potential candidates through the use of intricate Boolean searches, user groups, candidate referrals, networking, and web sourcing

  3. Engage, develop relationships with, and assist candidates through the recruitment process

  4. Use competitive intelligence and industry knowledge to research and identify new recruiting channels

  5. Develop and lead projects and initiatives to improve candidate pipelines

  6. Ensure data integrity within Facebook’s Applicant Tracking System

  7. Collaborate with other recruiting team members on all aspects of recruiting, and facilitate candidate sharing

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years recruiting or sourcing experience for a search firm or in-house recruiting team, or other applicable experience

  2. Interpersonal and communications skills

    1. 3+ years experience conducting candidate interviews and management

    2. Ability to build and maintain relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, business partners and candidates

    3. Knowledge of the product and business
