Come join a diverse and collaborative research team and help us make Facebook the best social platform for our one billion+ users and the best advertising platform for businesses. You will be responsible for recruiting businesses from small and medium sized businesses (SMBs) to large managed clients for market research and user experience research studies and guiding them through the process. Studies you will recruit for include onsite visits to our Menlo Park, CA campus, remote studies via the web, and offsite studies in the U.S. and abroad.
The business recruiter will work with Researchers, Product Marketing Managers (PMM) and Client Partners (CP) to build relationships and define processes to optimize our connections with our businesses and advertisers — small and large. They will have a passion for problem solving and defining new processes and tools, and will understand the needs of Research, PMM and CP and in partnership with them define the process and get tools in place to enable optimal recruiting and connection with our businesses and advertisers.
Understand the current process, challenges, and opportunities to improve how we connect with and recruit businesses and advertisers today
Define new processes and tools to optimize our ability to conduct research to understand our customers needs so that we can build the best products for them
Gather recruiting specifications from researchers
Identify and manage candidate pools to recruit from
Screen participants by phone, email and survey
Schedule participants for research sessions
Communicate with candidates about logistical details and guide them through the research process
Ongoing relationship management - communication to client participants following research to stay connected on next steps
Commitment to excellent customer service
Ensure compensation is delivered and NDAs are collected
Log participants in a centralized database
Work collaboratively with participant recruiting and research teams
Thrive in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment
B.S. or B.A. required
2+ years of experience with research participant recruiting or relevant related experience
Experience working with relational databases to create and run recruitment queries
Experience with using online collaborative document/spreadsheet tools
Experience with scheduling and calendar management tools
Ability to prioritize multiple assignments
Demonstrated ability to be proactive, self-directed and take direction
Understand how to assimilate in a new group with experience working with cross-functional teams
Demonstrated work ethic
Organized and detail-oriented
Domain knowledge or prior experience in the Advertising business
Prior experience working with leadership in both product and sales
