Facebook seeks an experienced Product Marketing professional with strong background in direct marketing to drive the go-to-market strategy for our DR Ads solutions. The successful candidate must have experience working with sales teams to drive product adoption in a fast paced Internet or online marketing company. He or she must thrive with cross-functional teams and exhibit critical thinking and digital marketing skills. He or she must also have experience influencing senior stakeholders in a highly matrix organization. This is a full-time position.
Partner with regional sales leadership, global business marketing and product marketing managers to drive adoption and revenue growth for our DR advertising solutions across the North American market
Collaborate with headquarter based Product Marketing Managers to help roll out new advertising products and feature enhancements
Shape internal training program to educate the North America sales force on DR advertising solutions
Drive best practice implementation of DR Solutions. Track and drive toward product adoption goals
Effectively communicate with sales leadership and customers to distill and surface market feedback to product teams for new and existing advertising products
Identify scalable path to grow product adoption in region
Partner with the Business Marketing team to develop and drive go-to-market through various channels (incl. PR, events, speaking opportunities, etc)
Develop product adoption program for both internal (sales) and external (clients, agencies and Marketing Partners) audiences
BA/BS degree or equivalent
Minimum of 7 years of experience with brand and direct response advertising across display, ad networks and/or search, with outstanding expertise in optimizing complex performance campaigns
Has demonstrated product marketing experience in the web and mobile advertising and the ability to contribute at strategic and tactical levels
Perspective on digital marketing, the industry & client objectives
Analytical skills and ability to solve problems with data
Track record of influencing behavior at variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional managers
Proven record of mentoring and leading team of high performers
Customer service orientation and experience in a client facing capacity
