We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to help bring Engineering talent to our Strategic Partnerships teams. The Partnerships teams manage the strategic relationships across all of Facebook’s products and platform. This Recruiter will be an integral part of our overall Partnerships and Operations recruiting team. We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter based in Menlo Park, CA.

Required Skills:

  1. Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches for technical hires, ensuring a highly professional and positive candidate experience.

  2. Create innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to identify and attract candidates to roles that leverage their technical and business skillsets.

  3. Collaborate closely with client groups throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals.

  4. Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Legal, Finance, HR, Compensation).

  5. Leverage and maintain data reports and performance metrics to drive improvements as needed.

  6. Coordinate closely with recruiting team members across both our Business and Technical groups to optimize our collaboration and internal tools and support.


  1. Experience with full life cycle recruiting especially within Software Engineering, Mobile recruiting or related areas.

  2. Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written.

  3. Ability to influence hiring and leadership teams in driving successful hiring initiatives and change.

    1. Creativity in problem-solving, with high resourcefulness and tenacity in challenging situations.

    2. Demonstrated detail-orientation and organizational skills.

    3. Strong team player that loves to bring new ideas to the table.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Experience with full life cycle recruiting especially within Software Engineering, Mobile recruiting or related areas.

  2. Ability to influence hiring and leadership teams.

  3. Experience in problem-solving across all stages of the hiring cycle

  4. Experience in a team-based environment
