We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter, who will be based in our Menlo Park, CA location. This full time position reports to the Recruiting Lead for HR, Legal and Admin Recruiting. This Recruiter will be responsible for driving recruiting efforts across our Legal and People Orgs and will be a key member of our G&A recruiting team.

Required Skills:

  1. Design and execute customized, full cycle staffing plans, partnering closely with hiring managers to achieve the best results possible

  2. Find and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques, coordinating with our sourcers as needed

  3. Facilitate and lead meetings and key initiatives and projects with client groups, and with the recruiting teams, that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results

  4. Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders

  5. Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Recruiting, HR, Compensation, and Diversity teams)

  6. Collaborate with others on the recruiting team on initiatives and/ or hiring needs that may spike in other areas

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 6 + years of full cycle recruiting experience

  2. Experience independently partnering with leadership on hiring initiatives

  3. Ability to influence and drive toward results

    1. Experience in problem-solving across all stages of the hiring cycle

    2. Organizational skills

    3. Experience in compensation and HR requirements as related to hiring

    4. Ability to work in a team-based environment
