Facebook Publisher Solutions Partner Program Manager- Strategic Accounts in Menlo Park, California

Summary:
We’re looking for a candidate with product experience, an ability to develop competitive strategies and a proclivity to think about how strategies will unfold in the future. The right candidate will drive strategies and programs to both internal and external stakeholders with a singular goal; advance our publisher solutions products with the world’s largest and most important strategic companies. The day to day tactics will be to create and activate repeatable and scalable programs through internal channels to further our publisher strategies. The successful candidate will have experience with easily compressing complex issues into simple, digestible elements for discussion with executives. Further, the role requires a talent for working with external complex strategic partnerships, understanding of the publisher ecosystem and experience with multi-tiered relationships. This role is unique in that we are looking for a person who can manage a small set of complex partnerships with the largest companies in the space. Success in this role requires an ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams across Facebook. The ideal candidate has experience in the digital advertising industry, and a demonstrable history of working with external partners. This position is full-time based in our Menlo Park or NY office.

Required Skills:

  1. Build great partnerships and working relationship with our internal stakeholders, especially Business Development, Privacy & Policy teams

  2. Manage aspects of the strategic relationships with external partners that directly and indirectly impact the Publisher Solutions business growth

  3. Work across internal cross functional teams

  4. Partner with a product and engineering to understand the partnership needs to drive product adoption with publisher partners (inbound)

  5. Partner with regional sales leadership to develop growth opportunities through data-driven insights in terms of inbound partners required for growth (inbound)

  6. Collaborate with internal teams on any related partnership plans/framework in order to ensure that FB is evaluating and representing opportunities with these partners holistically. (outbound)

  7. Act as a partner resource for sales teams. The strategic nature of this small group of partners will impact nearly every one of our sales partners, this role will be the SME (outbound)

  8. Work with local PR to devise launch strategies as required

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree

    1. 7+ years experience in technology, advertising, or business/sales operations

    2. Experience with a variety of levels in the organization, including cross functional managers

    3. Partnership experience in managing strategic accounts

    4. Experience setting priorities, problem solving, multi-tasking, and working independently
