Facebook Publisher Solutions Partner Program Manager- Digital in Menlo Park, California

We’re looking for a Partner Program Manager to drive awareness and adoption of the Audience Network and related Publisher Solutions by creating and activating creative, repeatable and scalable programs to extend our reach and enable our continued growth of off-FB Supply. The successful candidate will have a firm grasp of the publisher ecosystem. This role is unique in that we are looking for a person who can develop a conceptual program that may reach large numbers of developers while at the same time can manage small meetings with senior executives both internally and externally. Success in this role requires the ability to partner with multiple cross-functional teams to support Facebook’s Audience Network publisher solutions and to think strategically while never shying away from the details. The ideal candidate has a strong background in the digital advertising industry and a passion for developing lasting programs that drive business results. This position is full-time based in our Menlo Park or NY office.

Required Skills:

  1. Build great partnerships and working relationship with our internal stakeholders, especially Business Development, Privacy & Policy teams

  2. Manage aspects of the strategic relationships with external partners that directly and indirectly impact the Publisher Solutions business growth

  3. Work across cross functional teams

  4. Partner with a product and engineering to understand the partnership needs to drive product adoption with publisher partners (inbound)

  5. Partner with regional sales leadership to develop growth opportunities through data-driven insights in terms of inbound partners required for growth (inbound)

  6. Collaborate with internal teams on any related partnership plans/framework in order to ensure that FB is evaluating and representing opportunities with these partners holistically. (outbound)

  7. Act as a partner resource for sales teams. The strategic nature of this small group of partners will impact nearly every one of our sales partners, this role will be the SME (outbound)

  8. Work with local PR to devise launch strategies as required

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree

    1. 3+ years experience in technology, advertising, or business/sales operations

    2. Experience influencing behavior at a variety of levels in the organization, including cross functional managers

    3. Partnership or program experience in a client-facing capacity

    4. Experience setting priorities, problem solving, multi-tasking, and work independently

    5. Experience with cross-functional teams
