The Infrastructure Sourcing & Operations Engineering Program Management team designs, implements and continuously evolves systems and processes to support scalability for all aspects of the Sourcing & Operations Engineering (SOE) function. In this role you will work closely with SOE to ensure that our systems and operational programs are accurate, efficient, and scalable as we continue to grow our global footprint and expand impact. We are looking for a Project Manager, to support the Sourcing and Ops Engineering. In this role as a Supply Chain Project Manager, you will be chartered with the enablement of processes and solutions across the Supply Chain sourcing department, striving to identify, plan and drive implementation of process improvement opportunities. One of the early challenges ahead of you will be to drive projects that support the Services Sourcing and Contract Management operations, enabling solutions across the e-Sourcing, Contract Management and Procurement functional areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong operational background in sourcing and procurement operations, including (but not limited to) NDA, RFx, Contract and Procurement and an experience in Project Management, in a Supply Chain processes and IT solutions enablement environment. In this role, you will not only work closely across the Sourcing and Operations Engineering group, that support the direct procurement for the Facebook Infrastructure, but you will also interact with the engineering and TPM community. The understanding of the indirect procurements will be a plus, to ensure you can drive specificities of the direct procurement in a global company wide procurement solutions enablement. This role expands across strategic and tactical impact, leading projects from the early phases (supporting the business case development) to the implementation and post Go Live support. Ability to be hands-on the solutions (Oracle based, but not only), running reports and analyzing data is a must have. You will be part of a team reporting to the Manager of Sourcing & Operations Engineering Program Management. Required Skills:

  1. Engage with business stakeholders, by partnering with the operations, to understand and assess their pain points and objectives.

  2. Partnering with IT and other groups (e.g. Corporate) to understand their initiatives, priorities and overall directions.

  3. Collaborating within the Program Management team to interlock your projects within a comprehensive Supply Chain roadmap that addresses other functional domains (e.g. SC Planning, Product Lifecycle Management, Supplier Lifecycle Management, Business Intelligence).

  4. Actively participate into the overall roadmap, prioritization and intake process that establish the projects Plan of Record.

  5. Drive all aspects of a project, from intake, business case development, implementation and support, leading multiple project team players who belong to different organizations (Operations, Engineers, IT, Corporate).

  6. Accountable for all projects deliverables, ensuring quality delivery and expected outcomes.

  7. Monitor projects outcome and retrofit into road-mapping and stakeholders’ priorities.

  8. Be the trusted partner of the Operations Business Groups you will support and their related partners (Engineers, Technical Program Managers), as well as the IT organization.

  9. Be an active positive team member, providing mentorship and development support for peers.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of experience in an operational sourcing and procurement role, covering (but not limited to) NDA, RFx, Contract and Procurement.

  2. 3+ years of experience in a Project Management role in the context of Supply Chain processes transformation that required IT solutions enablement.

  3. Experience working (both operationally and as a PM) in a Oracle based environment, with understanding of other technologies (custom / in house development)

  4. Understanding and experience in building business case and metrics for projects, based on data analytics and fact based rationale.

  5. Oracle experience is a must and run reports (Tableau, etc.)

  6. Pro-active and self-driven, focused on delivering business value and getting things done.

  7. Ability to focus under pressure and execute on multiple tasks simultaneously.

  8. Ability to transact and use the different solutions
