Facebook seeks a highly-motivated team player to serve as a Program Analyst on its Trust and Safety Team, which is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with government agencies with an Internet safety and security focus, law enforcement, and related industry coalitions. As a Program Analyst for the Trust and Safety Team, you will be responsible for gathering, managing, analyzing and presenting data related to safety and security. This is a great opportunity to join a growing security team and to work on novel issues in an exciting, fast-paced environment.

Required Skills:

  1. Support Facebook’s Trust and Safety Team’s engagement with government authorities, industry groups, and other safety-related entities

  2. Conduct follow up and outreach to understand safety and security outcomes

  3. Support child safety, terrorism and emergency response teams

  4. Collaborate with other teams within Facebook focusing on safety and security

  5. Create and maintain updates to provide near real-time information to Facebook leadership

  6. Work with data visualization analysts to create interactive dashboards

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in law enforcement & security

  2. Editing skills

  3. Experience as an analyst for an entity with a safety, law enforcement or security focus

  4. Experience working with data analysis and visualization programs

  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Fluency in one or more foreign languages

  2. Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
