Facebook Product Quality Manager in Menlo Park, California
As Oculus Product Quality Manager, you will be responsible for managing and owning the overall Quality Assurance processes for multiple Virtual Reality products. The ideal candidate will be highly detail oriented with excellent communication skills. International travel will be required. This role is based in Menlo Park, CA.
Develop and continuously improve Oculus’ Quality Management System
Chair periodic Quality Management Reviews consisting of Cost of Quality, Voice of Customer, Failure Analysis and Factory Quality data.
Implement lessons learned process
Manage quality escalations
Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBR) with key suppliers
Supplier Quality Requirements Documentation
Develop Product Quality Plan and ensure its execution at suppliers
Partner with Engineering to define Product Acceptance & Validation plan based on PRD.
Execute Ok2Ship Process for new products
Manage the Early Field Failures Analysis Process
Develop Quality Metrics Dashboard and Analytics
Support new product development builds at factory as required
Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
7+ years’ experience in high volume consumer electronics manufacturing.
Familiar with DOE, DFMEA, SPC, Sampling Plans.
Certified Quality Engineer, Six Sigma Black Belt.
Fluency in Mandarin.
