Summary:

The Facebook Marketing Partner Program manages the ecosystem of companies that provides data, tools, and services to maximize the performance of Facebook marketing for its clients. The diverse ecosystem spans 55 countries and ranges from top global agencies to startup Ad Tech companies in developing markets, and works as an integral aspect of Facebook’s multibillion-dollar global advertising business. We are looking for a Product Growth Manager to join our team to identify and prioritize new business opportunities, build and manage partnerships and lead partners to adopt new products. You’ll bring the perspective of partners to the Facebook Product team and lead cross-functional execution within Facebook and with Facebook’s partners to incubate new business initiatives. You will make an impact on a global scale working with a team that solves big problems for Facebook’s community management ecosystem. In this role you will also develop and manage partnerships with software platform companies that provide community management capabilities such as listening, publishing and CRM tools to thousands of end customers. To be successful in the role, you will be a well-rounded 'business athlete’ - an analytical problem solver, who understands the community management landscape, as well as a dynamic leader in complex cross-functional environments and will have the ability to lead the relationships with external partners. You are scrappy, collaborative, focused on results, a self-starter, and have demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects to drive the growth and success of a business. This position is located in our Menlo Park headquarters with required travel.

Required Skills:

  1. Lead an analytical approach to identify growth initiatives. Synthesize trends in the ecosystem, product performance, growth.

  2. Build on the launch of this ecosystem with an accelerated growth plan that allows for a larger intake of partners and increased level of support necessary for success. Build a near-term and long-term strategy that identifies the variety of partners that are best suited. Set a strict path for partner integration and value creation.

  3. Be the primary partnerships POC for the community management partner ecosystem and manage those relationships. Mediate contentious partner and internal situations to foster stronger collaboration

  4. Identify innovative solutions in the market through expertise on partners capabilities and influence partners to develop such solutions. Drive new product integration and adoption by our partners ecosystem.

  5. Be a master in cross-functional collaboration by developing deep relationships with key cross-functional partners across the company and coordinating with working teams

  6. Project manage cross-functional initiatives, drive successful product alpha / beta programs, launches and communications + materials (including posts and best practices) with partners globally (e.g., set a plan, deadlines, and ensure timely deliverables)

  7. Stay current with media, technology trends and digital evolution

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 6+ years of experience in product management, or business development or business strategy

  2. Bachelors degree

  3. Problem solving and analysis skills with ability to solve business problems, individually or in a group setting

  4. Understanding of organizational dynamics, operating experience with cross-functional organizations

  5. People and team leadership skills coupled with project management experience.

  6. Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner. Someone who can inspire others toward a vision, while keeping track of the details

  7. Ability to learn and shift priorities, while maintaining organization and control

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Advanced degree such as an MBA

  2. Experience in consumer tech and/or digital advertising space

  3. Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
