Facebook’s Global MarTech Partnerships team is responsible for developing and growing relationships with key strategic Marketing Technology (MarTech) and Enterprise partners, making marketing more relevant and personalized on and off Facebook. MarTech partners provide tools that automate, activate, and manage digital marketing activities across multiple channels. The MarTech ecosystem is increasingly converging with AdTech and there is an opportunity for Facebook to partner with these companies to better serve our client needs. Integrating MarTech partners’ customer insights, predictive analytics, audience segmentation and overall technology with Facebook’s platform will unlock new opportunities, revenue, and scale for all involved The Partner Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders at the highest levels and will provide deep industry knowledge, partner insights, and ongoing consultative support to drive partner product roadmaps, influence Facebook’s roadmaps, and drive client and business growth. This role will also define and implement scalable programs that enable and activate Facebook’s Global MarTech, and Enterprise partnerships, and effectively deliver scaled solutions to end customers. This role is based in Menlo Park, California.
Help drive scale of Software Cloud partners in a number of different Facebook API’s
Identify business and product value exchange for Facebook and partners ultimately serving mutual clients better than ever
Maintain direct and active relationships with partners, including proactively resolving business and technical issues and serving as an internal advocate.
Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, business development, partnerships, policy, legal, marketing, and PR to launch new integrations with existing software cloud partners.
Define market requirements, produce qualitative and quantitative analysis of product performance, aggregate feedback, explore new strategic opportunities, inform the product roadmap with enhanced or new functionality, and ensure product and industry impact globally.
Represent MarTech at Facebook and provide thought leadership in external meetings with senior executives from other companies.
A strong passion and curiosity for innovative social products and their potential for transforming businesses and industries.
5+ years of client facing experience in partner management, account management, or technical sales
Ability to develop working relationships at all levels of management, internally and externally
Sales, business development, consulting and product management skills
Knowledge of Facebook products, technology, and online marketing
Project management experience, with the multitasking ability to lead and execute multiple time-sensitive projects in parallel
Ability to translate complexity into simple and intuitive actions plans and communications
Experience working cross-functionally with peers and managers, both internally and externally.
Ability to travel
Prior experience in building products
Experience working with large datasets
Experience in leading marketing campaigns
