As a means to support the expansion of demand for our work and support, we are hiring a Learning and Development Internship Program Manager/Facilitator, to be based at our Menlo Park, California headquarters. Reporting to the Global Onboarding Manager, this role will be focused on managing all aspects of our Intern onboarding programs, as well as managing future programs.

Required Skills:

  1. Manage all aspects of the Facebook Internship Onboarding programs, including project management, event coordination and support, vendor management, and program facilitation.

  2. Support global strategy for scaling Internship onboarding program across multiple regions.

  3. Provide facilitation support for Full-Time New Hire Orientation experience as necessary to support business needs.

  4. Partnering across the Learning and Development, Human Resource Business Partner, and L&D Operations Teams to ensure smooth operations and administration of Facebook Onboarding programs.

  5. Preparing and managing key, recurring initiatives and communication: QBRs, Needs Analysis, Dashboards and Impact Reports, Wiki Updates, etc.

  6. Administering and managing course matriculation, pilot implementations, and other related projects.

  7. Pro-actively managing and tracking key dates, events, and communications.

  8. Managing various recurring processes: forecasting, budgeting, metrics, etc.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years Program/Project Management

    1. 3+ years L&D

    2. Bachelor’s Degree

    3. Experience in Technology industry or startup

    4. Facilitation experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in Human Resources Program Management
