Facebook is looking for the highest caliber executive leader to manage Facebook’s expanding investment in measurement and data partnerships globally. We are looking to identify an exceptional people leader with a proven track record of delivering success in a high performing organization. The candidate will have a deep understanding of the measurement and data partner landscape and will create a strategy to scale partnership programs and push the overall industry to develop higher quality and more complete solutions. This role will be located out of our Menlo Park office.

Required Skills:

  1. Develop and execute Facebook's strategy with companies offering advertising measurement services and data partnerships

  2. Develop, retain and motivate the Marketing Science Partnerships team while attracting new members and continually raising the bar for talent and capabilities

  3. Build and maintain internal relationships with cross-functional leaders to ensure partnerships function optimally

  4. Develop relationships with senior leaders at key partners and drive their long-term thinking

  5. Actively participate in the leadership team and global teams where appropriate, embracing the company mission

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience within advertising measurement and/or at a data company

  2. Track record for managing partnerships and executing long-term strategic agreements

  3. 5+ years of leadership/management experience in an analytically focused organization

  4. Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees

  5. Understanding of agency, television, Internet and other media advertising

  6. Proven record of being creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized and ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally
