Facebook Marketing Manager, Social Good - Media Partnerships in Menlo Park, California

Summary:

Facebook is seeking an experienced marketing professional to own, coordinate and execute the partner marketing plans for Facebook's slate of social good products globally. This person will collaborate with the relevant product leads across the partnerships team, and the broader XFN teams including product marketing, communications, operations and product, to identify, plan and execute the plans to empower our nonprofit partners in creating social good on Facebook. The position will be based out of Menlo Park, but will require active interaction and travel with the teams across the globe.

Required Skills:

  1. Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns that drive product goals using email, events, webinars, and other relevant channels for social good partners

  2. Understand Facebook product value propositions and use market trends to effectively drive product trial and retention

  3. Provide thought leadership on campaign/delivery optimization and measurement services

  4. Drive adoption and ongoing education of new campaign optimization and measurement services across regions

  5. Gather information and communicate across multiple stakeholder teams to support new services

  6. Work effectively with cross-functional teams, learn and apply best practices from other teams and always strive for high quality deliverables

  7. Think and work independently, demonstrate creativity and deliver quick results, while demonstrating a team-player attitude

  8. Support cross-channel marketing efforts through audience targeting, test set-up and tracking, measurement and reporting

  9. Develop & execute marketing strategies to meet revenue goals

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years professional experience in b2b marketing and demonstrated leadership

  2. Knowledge of Facebook and other digital advertising platforms with experience in crafting marketing solutions that drive positive outcomes

  3. Marketing experience across digital channels with an emphasis on email marketing with A/B testing experience

  4. Analytical skills, with experience solving ambiguous problems using data and providing business insights

  5. Experience in campaign optimization and data analysis to drive decisions

  6. Experience working with global teams

  7. Ability to define, develop and lead programs in a changing environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in SalesForce, Tableau and SQL
