Summary:

The Media Partnerships team is seeking a driven, experienced data analyst to understand and quantify opportunities to drive media product adoption and engagement. This person will also analyze and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend strategies that will drive marketing performance. The candidate will be responsible for reporting insights and findings to the Scaled Marketing and Ads Marketing Leads. Ideal candidates love breaking down problems, building solutions, delivering actionable and data-driven insights, and working in a changing environment.

Required Skills:

  1. Develop the team's measurement and analytics strategy

  2. Build and maintain data pipelines and dashboards for operating the business

  3. Work with Scaled Marketing Lead and Ads Marketing Lead to measure the impact of outreach channels and service models

  4. Segment audiences for optimizing the team's effectiveness at driving key messages and driving product goals

  5. Define, measure, and report on support goals to track team growth, progress, and efficiency

  6. Design, build and launch efficient & reliable data pipelines, systems, and tools to enable faster consumption and understanding of data

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or similar

  2. 4+ years experience in data analytics roles, including experience measuring and optimizing marketing channels

  3. Skills using analytics tools such as SQL, Microstrategy, Google, Analytics,Omniture, or Excel

  4. Understanding of Facebook products, Facebook the company, and social media

  5. Able to analyze and manipulate data sets to understand patterns and provide client insights

  6. Knowledge of advertising measurement methods and technologies

  7. Partner-facing experience, including experience driving change through adoption of products or research methods

  8. Experience communicating technical content to audiences and influencing decisions

  9. Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience working with or in support of diverse communities

  2. Experience working in the media vertical (Sports, News, Entertainment)
