As a recruiting lead, you will develop, drive, and execute on the staffing strategies that support our Infrastructure organization. You will lead a team of staffing professionals. The position is full-time and is based in our Menlo Park, CA office. The ideal candidate for this role will have recruiting experience in a technical organization. This individual will know how to manage, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters and/or sourcers through the entire recruiting life cycle, while also working closely with our leaders to drive world class recruiting practices and strategy.
Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring to meet FB business objectives
Design customized and executable staffing plans while building excellent relationships with the recruiting team and engineering client groups
Create innovative sourcing strategies and ensuring a high-touch candidate experience
Facilitate and lead meetings and key initiatives and projects with recruiting team and client groups
Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of the SWE recruiting team
Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. HR, Finance, etc.)
Compile & analyze data and metrics to support business decisions and plans as necessary
1+ years of People management experience
8+ years of Recruiting experience
- 3+ years in a recruiting role for Software Engineering
2+ years of People management experience
1+ years of Leadership/Executive level recruiting experience
Data analysis and analytical skills
Experienced problem-solver with the ability to be hands-on when needed
Knowledge of the Software Engineering market
Ability to work cross-functionally
