Facebook is looking for an experienced Learning Program Manager to join the Monetization Product Marketing team. This Product Marketing team has grown rapidly over the past year and you will play a critical role ensuring everyone has the skills and tools they need to perform at their highest level. You will plan, develop, execute and measure a suite of programs designed to educate and develop key skills within the team, globally. As Learning Program Manager, you will partner with Product Marketing team members and cross-functional partners to ensure we continuously align learning priorities with performance expectations and Monetization org evolution. The ideal candidate is familiar with Facebook, product marketing and strategy teams, has excellent communication skills, experience running global programs and has demonstrated the ability to deliver educational content effectively. This position is full-time based in Menlo Park.
Deeply understand the skills and competencies required across the Monetization Product Marketing org, exploring and responding to needs that change as Facebook's marketing platform evolves
Develop the strategy for how we build competence and confidence for roles including Global and Regional Product Marketing Managers
Develop, facilitate, maintain and evolve effective team development programs ranging from classroom training to frameworks for mentorship to globally distributed learning toolkits
Work with individuals and teams to adapt successful homegrown programs into powerful global initiatives
Earn leadership commitment to the execution and success of all development programs
Partner with Learning & Development and other partners to bring best-in-class professional skills programs to this org
Assess effectiveness of training techniques and programs through measurable outcomes, reevaluate current methods
5+ years relevant work experience in learning and development
2+ years of direct experience overseeing and delivering knowledge sharing or L&D programs
Online advertising experience, product marketing or product strategy roles
Demonstrated experience in writing, proofreading and editing skills and the ability to produce and organize content with a logical flow
Demonstrated ability to do hands-on research and obtain necessary content from subject matter experts while translating it into documentation
Presentation, communication, engagement and interpersonal skills
Ability to convey concepts into an understandable language
Cross functional experience in delivering projects and initiatives in meeting multiple projects and assignments
