Summary:

The Global People Operations team strives to create and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the entire employee life-cycle. Leading with care and empathy, we develop efficient and simple people processes, systems, policies, and programs. We deliver data that is useful and accurate to create People-related strategies across the business. We manage people knowledge and build project management capability across our company. Our work also ensures Facebook remains protected and compliant. The Learning Operations Analyst, part of Facebook's Global People Operations team, will work to operationalize our Learning & Development training programs that will allow us to grow and scale our Learning Community at Facebook. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, get-things-done professional who can think strategically, adapt quickly, and rapidly earn credibility and trust with all levels of the organization. They will exhibit great communication & planning skills, teamwork, motivation, and an upbeat attitude. This person will be highly organized, productive, poised, and able to thrive in high-pressure, time-sensitive scenarios. We need someone who can thrive managing multiple projects and working with a global team to drive improvements across learning operations. We are looking for someone who enjoys building and figuring out the best way to do things and to be able to communicate and work with the L&D, and other partner teams to achieve this.

Required Skills:

  1. Lead and manage cross-functional projects to improve our learning lifecycle operations

  2. Develop and drive the framework in order to scope new programs and determine operational needs (people, tools, processes) to deliver the L&D program

  3. Oversee the day-to-day operations of our L&D vendors: reviewing KPIs, processes and managing escalations as needed

  4. Facilitate regular operational quarterly business review meetings and manage vendor performance

  5. Identify, manage, and communicate system, process, and policy issues with vendors to make sure those are incorporated into services

  6. Develop and track the L&D programs forecast and monitor enrollment of all global L&D programs and take action to drive numbers where needed

  7. Drive the execution of all learning related audits and supports any operational audit initiatives

  8. Leverage data to build compelling business cases analyzing opportunities for cost optimization and quality

  9. Do regular analysis and planning for our learning programs data to determine best practices to increase enrollment, discoverability and consumption of our learning content

  10. Make recommendations on L&D programs to drive operational efficiencies and conduct cost/benefit analysis of potential improvements to process, technology, training, and more

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors degree

  2. 3+ years of experience managing projects

  3. Analytical and data, reporting skills

  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment

  5. Experience in project management and process improvement

  6. Time management, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task across concurrent projects

  7. Self-directed and possess communication skills

  8. Ability to work across various levels of the organization

  9. Experience in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Visio

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in HR or L&D Operations

  2. Lean Six sigma knowledge

  3. Experience managing an outsourced vendor relationship

  4. Knowledge of Tableau or SQL
