Develop an iterative learning strategy and operational roadmap for Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) learning and development at Facebook, aligned and in partnership with global Learning and Development (L&D), global Diversity Engagement, and People Growth team strategies, and embed this across our People@ programs and tools at Facebook.
Provide content leadership for the global L&D team in the area of D&I learning and development, ensuring a holistic approach to embedding D&I and intercultural learning across all L&D curriculum and interventions for building capabilities in leaders, managers, employees, and teams at Facebook.
Partner with the global Diversity Engagement team and Diversity Business Partners as an active thought leader supporting strategic efforts within the business leveraging D&I education and that forward the mission of building a diverse and inclusive workplace at Facebook.
Partner with L&D client-facing leads & their HR business partners to identify and progress employees’ professional and leadership development related to diversity & inclusion capabilities in their different functional areas.
Architect and lead organization-wide learning that builds D&I capabilities for leaders, managers, employees, and teams at Facebook. This includes designing and delivering D&I learning content as well as overseeing internal and external instructional design & facilitator teams building and delivering D&I curriculum.
Provide thought partnership to the Diversity Engagement team to assess & develop specific developmental learning and programming that supports the success of underrepresented groups at Facebook.
Lead the development of educational content for Facebook’s internal Women's Leadership Day conference and consult on similar initiatives for other underrepresented groups at Facebook.
Manage and plan for global program delivery of D&I learning and development programs as required by the business, and that will be deployed across the whole organization.
Provide quarterly data reporting, sharing insights on the impact of D&I learning and development interventions and anticipated course corrections for a scaling organization.
Ensure quality oversight of all D&I learning and development services and programs provided, including overseeing the quality of facilitation of these programs and services by short-term staff and contractors.
8+ years of D&I experience.
Proven track record and experience at both strategic and operational level within the Diversity and Inclusion space or consulting to this sector.
Experience in Instructional Design and Program Development for the Diversity and Inclusion space.
Training program facilitation experience.
Systems-thinking approach to leadership, development and learning i.e., balancing the development of employees in the context of their role, region, minority status and business realities.
Familiarity with the online technology industry and the challenges and demands it places on HR professionals, including L&D.
Reporting and presentation skills.
- Master’s degree in education, race/gender/women’s studies, intercultural education, and some professional education and accreditation as a Human Resources and/or Organizational Development professional.
