Summary:

Facebook is looking for an experienced Integrated Media Manager for its Small & Medium Business channel marketing brand team who is passionate about online advertising, building brands and driving measurable results. This individual will be responsible for planning our largest, most impactful, global SMB brand campaigns. This individual will have deep experience with Facebook advertising and other paid, owned and earned online and offline channels to drive brand, product and growth objectives.

This individual will be responsible for media planning, channel strategy and execution for our largest, regional and global business efforts across brands – Facebook, Instagram, and others.

The ideal candidate is a bold, multi-faceted and innovative media leader with a strong background in media strategy, channel operations, campaign execution, analytics and experience working with cross-functional teams. This person is not afraid to think big and is also willing to roll up their sleeves to get the work done. This person thinks strategically, analytically, creatively and thrives in a fast moving environment.

This position will be based in Menlo Park, CA but will require travel to key markets.

Required Skills:

  1. Execute against SMB Brand program plans - Drive positive brand sentiment amongst small & medium businesses through an optimal media strategy.

  2. Build strong relationships – Be the trusted partner to our regional marketing teams.

  3. Execute flawlessly – Ensure all plans hit milestones and achieve desired delivery, within budget.

  4. Develop media strategy & plans – Build media strategy, channel mix and budget to achieve business goals across brand campaigns.

  5. Collaborate and consult with cross-functional teams (Analytics, Marketing teams) and partners - Ensure alignment of regional plans to global strategy.

  6. Launch and optimize campaigns - Drive execution across multiple online channels (Onsite, Email, Facebook Ads, Display etc.) to drive short-term and long-term results. Execution will be done directly, or through an agency.

  7. Define measurement plan – Collaborate closely with Analytics to align on a measurement approach to achieve desired campaign objectives.

  8. Communicate campaign results – Demonstrate impact of each campaign to stakeholder through data and insights.

  9. Work with partners and agencies – Responsible for executing through internal and external resources.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor degree.

  2. 8+ years of experience in similar roles at media, marketing or advertising firms or agencies.

  3. Knowledge of online and offline media.

  4. Experience in at least one digital marketing channel including email, Facebook ads, Display, Onsite Merchandising, etc.)

  5. Proven quantitative analytical skills and ability to collaborate with analytics teams.

  6. Knowledge of digital marketing industry, agencies and channels.

  7. Strategic and innovative thinker with the ability to develop and manage project plans, channel strategy and budgets globally.

  8. Cross-functional & partnership skills.

  9. Communication skills.

  10. Willingness to travel (4X per year).

  11. Willingness to flex schedule to accommodate time zone differences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Degree in Economics, Marketing, Engineering or quantitative field.

  2. Advanced degree in related field.

  3. Global experience and track record.

  4. Knowledge in SQL.
