Summary:

We’re looking for someone who can lead and manage Growth Marketing operations. Growth Marketing focuses on growing and engaging Facebook’s user and advertiser base. The team manages Facebook communication to 2 billion users across channels to drive top line of entire company goals like MAU, DAU, Time Spent, Revenue, and Brand Metrics, etc. We expect our leader to drive, influence, and inform the growth strategy and tactics across whole Facebook and work closely with executives to manage marketing operations.

Required Skills:

  1. Manage and optimize the processes for Facebook communication to 2 billion users across channels.

  2. Work with product management and engineering across the company to launch marketing campaigns and to ensure clear goals and objectives are set with measurable outcomes.

  3. Work with executives to provide insights into Facebook communications. This include periodic report and presentation to executives.

  4. Work with executives to create new marketing operation process as needed.

  5. Drive the adoption of promotion best practices across company.

  6. Work with partnerships as needed to enhance marketing performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 10+ years experience within brand marketing, internet marketing, or marketing operations

  2. 5+ years of experience managing projects

  3. BA/BS degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. MBA

  2. Ability to create frameworks to evaluate complex problems and present a clear recommendation for how to proceed

  3. Proven ability to initiate and drive global projects to completion with minimal guidance.

  4. Ability to negotiate effectively, finding the win-win solution to problems

  5. Highly organized and able to balance multiple projects at the same time

  6. Ability to contribute at both strategic and operational levels

  7. Flexible and comfortable working in a cross-functional capacity within a fast-paced, often ambiguous, start-up environment and across a range of teams and stakeholders
