We are looking for a Global Tech Recruiting Operations Specialist based in Menlo Park, CA. This will be responsible for leveraging data and analytics to identify opportunities to increase the efficiency of the Global Tech Recruitment; identifying processes, resources and tools that improve productivity, performance and compliance in partnership with our engineering team.

Required Skills:

  1. Design and lead operational efficiency programs for Tech Recruiting globally to drive improvement through predicting and remediating potential process bottlenecks, minimizing time to hire and improving forecast accuracy, for example interviewer management

  2. Evaluate additional information needs and recommend appropriate system changes or enhancements to meet the needs

  3. Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools, assists recruiting/Business Intelligence team in the development or customization of standard reports for ongoing customer needs, generates ad-hoc reports as required

  4. Responsible for evaluating the integrity of the data relating to the Tech Recruitment operation, with special focus on the data flowing into and out of the ATS application

  5. Identify and remediate recruiter practices which put at risk data integrity, as well as provide solutions to prevent such risks in the future

  6. Develop solutions to problems of unusual complexity, which require a high degree of ingenuity, innovation and collaboration

  7. Identify appropriate data sources and apply a high degree of interpretation and analysis of obscure and inconclusive data

  8. Conduct analysis of current business processes and functional requirements

  9. Prepare appropriate documentation to communicate and validate the information

    1. Provide on-going project management and status reporting at all levels

    2. Establish and maintain relationships to continually improve collaboration with Business stakeholders, including Global Recruiting, People Insights Engineering, Recruiting Operations and related teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 7+ years’ experience in recruitment operations and project management

  2. Interpersonal and communication skills

  3. Demonstrated track record of building working relationships at all levels, across functions and geographic boundaries.

  4. Proven reporting and analytics experience

  5. Track record of partnering with business, engineering, and data science teams to deliver data-driven insights and translating those into process improvement recommendations

  6. Ability to adapt to changing business situations

  7. Problem solving capabilities and analytical skills

  8. Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently with acute attention to detail

  9. Aptitude for learning new technologies extemporaneously

  10. Bachelor's degree required

  1. Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
