Summary:

The Guild is the internal creative and digital agency part of Global Business Marketing at Facebook. We exist to tell the Facebook story to marketers and advertisers. Our work is seen both online and off through our own channels, on mobile devices, at live events, in boardrooms and sometimes over coffee and we strive to make everything we create Smart, Beautiful, and Flawless. We are looking for a Global Account Manager to join the Guild. This individual will help lead the strategy and development for our biggest global priorities, engaging and managing multiple internal partners and stakeholders. This a full-time role based in Menlo Park.

Required Skills:

  1. Work with partners to develop a harder working creative/media brief

  2. Work with partners to fully translate their goals and marketing strategies, adding strategic value and ensuring that they get the best results from the input

  3. Display powerful leadership and presentation skills that invite participation and effect desired outcomes

  4. Ensure work is on brief and ready to be shared for partnership feedback

  5. Lead cross-capability teams to deliver creative thinking and powerful ideas that meet brief objectives

  6. Use analysis to drive decisions (as opposed to taking orders) in a way that yields sustained, measurable results

  7. Build a culture of partnership with the Guild team (creative, media, measurement, strategy, project management)

  8. Set partner’s expectations through strong and consistent communication

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree

  2. 7+ years of marketing experience

  3. 3+ years of experience working at a creative agency

  4. Experience working on global campaigns

  5. Ability to work with global partners across multiple time zones

  6. Experience developing strategy and managing client relationships and marketing teams

  7. Quantitative analytical skills and strategic thinking

  8. Detail oriented

  9. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

  10. Experience leading presentations and ability to communicate and influence decision makers

  11. Demonstrated budget management and resource planning experience
