Facebook is looking for a talented Finance professional to join our Finance team supporting the ads business in Global Marketing Solutions (GMS). In this role, you will own the headcount tracking and monitoring process for a rapidly growing GMS organization that makes up a sizable portion of Facebook’s headcount. This role also provides support in managing the budgets for Global Sales and Sales Planning & Operations. You will have the opportunity to develop and enhance processes as well as support the rest of the GMS finance team in value-added projects. Required Skills:

  1. Track and monitor headcount for GMS, Instagram Business & Community and Ad Tech.

  2. Ensure key controls in headcount management are in place and enforced, interfacing with Sales Ops leaders and key stakeholders.

  3. Troubleshoot transfer and hire movements, manage accurate list of position IDs (PIDs) and maintain the GMS headcount dashboard, interfacing with Finance IT, Recruiting and the cross-functional headcount project team as needed.

  4. Provide financial review and approvals over a high volume of purchase requisitions, headcount requisitions, internal transfers, and other transactional needs, primarily for the Global Sales Organization (GSO) and Sales Planning & Operations (SP&O).

  5. Provide assistance to the Finance Managers on the team to help close the month and quarter in accordance w/ the accounting processes in place.

  6. Help define and implement scalable financial processes related to headcount and other processes as needed.

  7. Build strong business partnerships with global partners.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. B.S. in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent

  2. 2+ years financial analysis experience from a public accounting or Fortune 500 firm

    1. At least 2+ years of experience in FP&A and/or accounting work

    2. Analytical and modeling experience in operational accounting and finance concepts like: accruals, PO processes and variance analyses.

    3. Business partnership experience

    4. Organization and time management experience, and ability to multi-task.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with Excel, Oracle, Hyperion and Essbase
