Facebook’s Business Applications team is responsible for building integrated, scalable, and robust enterprise applications. We are currently looking for an experienced, insightful, forward-thinking Product Manager with a strong ability to design and execute products that power the enterprise. As a member of BizApps, you will play a key role in reimagining productivity by shipping transformative products that serve diverse aspects of the enterprise. This is a full-time position based in our Menlo Park office.

Required Skills:

  1. Lead the ideation and technical development of innovative supply chain products

  2. Work with internal business groups to acquire a deep understanding of their processes

  3. Architect highly available, scalable, and secure systems

  4. Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution

  5. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products

  6. Drive product development on an aggressive timeline with a team of world-class engineers and designers

  7. Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm

  8. Identify the key levers that have the greatest impact on operational efficiencies

  9. Develop and maintain a well-coordinated internal relationship with key decision makers and with the wider enterprise organization

  10. Technical ownership of projects and managing resource

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors in Computer Science, Supply Chain

  2. 5+ years of experience in building Supply Chain products (Planning, Forecasting, Procurement, Order Management, Payables/Receivables, Asset Lifecycle Management)

  3. 2+ years of product management experience

  4. 5+ years experience working in supply chain and product life cycle management applications

  5. 2+ years working on data models with hands-on SQL experience to write queries and perform data analysis

  6. 1+ years experience designing applications and creating examples through wireframes and mockups

  7. 1+ years experience implementing Oracle Agile PLM systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Ability to understand business logic

  2. Organizational and analytical skills

  3. Experience in understanding code bases, including API design techniques
